Policies

Our goal at IKB Boutique is to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days of receipt and credit card or PayPal payment authorization. Please understand every piece is hand-made and may take a little extra time to manufacture. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. Orders made during a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following week. All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars. HST is extra. We accept PayPal online (which includes MasterCard, Visa or a direct link to your bank account), and at our shows we accept cash, MasterCard and Visa. PayPal is one of the easiest and safest ways to buy online and is trusted by millions of companies worldwide. Delivery will be made by Canada Post, unless expedited shipments are needed and Fedex or UPS will be used. Delivery costs will vary depending on the end location. All items are gift-wrapped in 100% recycled paper kraft jewellery boxes with cotton cushioning for safekeeping and protection. All orders are sent in plain delivery packaging. Our name and address will be included on the package for delivery purposes.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund, however, earrings will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. We will exchange the item for a new one, or we will provide a credit upon receiving the purchased item back for the amount it was purchased at. The items should be unworn, and should appear in a proper condition to resell. The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return Address

A certificate of posting is recommended for your protection if you decide to deliver any items back to IKB Boutique. This certificate enables you to make a claim should the items be lost or delayed in the post, and is available at the post office. IKB Boutique is not responsible for any items until they are received.

Repairs

Unfortunately nothing is ever perfect in life, and if your IKB Boutique item needs to be repaired in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact Ingrid directly to do so. Charges may apply for new components, but we will do our best to make it an easy task for you. Delivery charges will apply, if being sent by mail.
